For the good order of things, I have spoken to Mr. (…) over the phone on April 16th of 2013, in regards to the issue we had encountered with your product.We are hereby sending you this letter to inform you about the delays we had in regards to this issue with the painting we have used om the project of the Holiday Inn – Curacao Tower.At various instance, both project manager (…), as well as our supervisors (…) and (…) have informed us, that they had serious issues with the color painting.We have communicated this via email and via telephone.These paint color inconsistency started since November of 2012, and these inconsistency were reported to the Sherwin Williams location in Aruba.(…)These inconsistencies were unresolved until beginning of March of 2013, and then Sherwin Williams verbally reported to us that one of the mixing machines was having issues with one of the mixing jets.(…)These issues caused u around 1037 hours to repaint.The scope of work for these repairs included only re-painting the walls.(…)The total cost, including labor, material and overhead that this issue had cost us, are totaled to: $ 54.042,52.
