strong personal opinions expressed on LinkedIn. Deze berichten betreffen uitsluitend de persoonlijke mening van [verzoeker] over het conflict Israël/Palestina en raken zijn politieke gezindheid. De kantonrechter oordeelt daarom net als het College voor de Rechten van de Mens dat Speakap [verzoeker] bij het beëindigen van de arbeidsovereenkomst op grond van zijn politieke overtuiging heeft gediscrimineerd.
€ 5.177,46 bruto vermeerderd met 8% vakantiegeld. Dat bedrag wordt toegewezen. In artikel 7:686a lid 1 BW is bepaald dat de wettelijke rente over deze vergoeding toewijsbaar is vanaf de dag waarop de arbeidsovereenkomst is geëindigd, in dit geval dus vanaf 17 oktober 2023.
€ 40.000,00 bruto worden toegekend.
