“(…) I would like to terminate the short-term rental agreement as of today. Do to an unfortunate demise at home, I urgently need to go back to India but the reason I am not planning to take up residence at [adres] is irrespective of my trip back. Some facts were not mentioned to me prior to the signing of the contract and I was made aware of the samen upon reaching the house.All I ask is to find someone else for the room and refund my payment, inclusive of security, one-month rent and the municipality fees. I have not lived in the house for a single day and the keys have already been left in the room as you had mentioned on the call to you last evening and this morning. (…)”
