[C Ltd](…) , as these companies had already previously been indentified by OLAF as being actively involved in the transshipment of Chinese fasteners via Taiwanese territory, and it was thus concluded that a visit tot he premises of these companies would bring no added value at all.

Blijkens de vermeldingen op de bill of lading met nummer MOLU13501090045 zijn de vier containers met de containernummers vermeld in de aangifte ten uitvoer van 28 januari 2014 (TCLU8511406, TGHU6787420, TCLU6456444 en TCNU6641244) op 3 februari 2014 aan boord van het schip “NYK Orion” geladen, met bestemming (port of discharge) Rotterdam. De containers bevatten volgens de bill of lading 112 pallets met 3.136 stuks zonnepanelen, met een gezamenlijk brutogewicht van 54.900 kg.

The name of [C Ltd] mainly appears as the importer and exporter in F1 and F5 declarations.
