In juni 2023 vroeg [de werkneemster] aan [de sectiebestuurder3] en [de sectiebestuurder1] of zekerheid kon worden gegeven over de verlenging van haar arbeidsovereenkomst. Op 30 juni 2023 antwoordde [de sectiebestuurder3] mede namens [de sectiebestuurder1] , onder bijvoeging van het Strategische Personeelsplan:
“We want to recap what we discussed during our meeting this morning. Firstly, we want to
reiterate that we understand your request to know more about our intentions regarding your
contract. However, at this stage, it is still too early for us to provide a definitive response.

As we emphasized in previous meetings, such as the one in March, and reiterated this morning, we place great emphasis on both the proficiency level of the Dutch language and research output. Moreover, we believe it is important to have a well-defined 4 to 5-year research plan that encompasses establishing your own research group, and assuming a more prominent supervisory and leadership role, acting as a catalyst. Lastly, as you are aware, we have organized a workshop to discuss the research plans, and we kindly request your online attendance. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could submit the revised version of your research plan one week prior to the workshop. Next week, we will send you an email containing all the necessary information regarding the workshop.”
