Vaststaat ook dat vanaf 1 mei 2018 de nieuwe leidinggevende van [werknemer] , [leidinggevende] , nadat [werknemer] eerst van 4 juli tot 24 augustus 2018 vrijgesteld was van werk omdat Panalpina het voornemen had om de arbeidsovereenkomst van [werknemer] beëindigen, aan [werknemer] naar aanleiding van de Mid Year Review over 2018 zowel de optie van een PIP als een beëindigingsvoorstel heeft voorgesteld. Omdat [werknemer] bij Panalpina wilde blijven werken heeft [werknemer] onder protest gekozen voor het PIP.
